About IK Food (U) Ltd
From Uganda's Soil to the World's Table
IK Food Uganda was born from a vision to transform Uganda's extraordinary agricultural richness into world-class organic products. We started with vanilla — a crop Uganda grows exceptionally well — and expanded to encompass coffee, cocoa, Hass avocado, and garden eggs.
Today, we work directly with over 3,000 smallholder farmers across Uganda, providing technical training, fair pricing, and the infrastructure needed to produce export-grade organic products that compete at the highest global levels.
As a proud HORTIFRESH member, we hold full export licences and quality certifications recognised across Europe and Asia — and our supply chain provides complete traceability from farm gate to final destination.
